The project will target vulnerable families living in Keighley Central, East and West wards who are furthest from the labour market, experience significant barriers to employment and have difficulty in breaking this cycle. These will include young people of employment age who may be subject to the challenges posed by intergenerational unemployment and inactivity and people who experience barriers relating to culture, disability or age.
