How we can help
We offer 1:1 person centred counselling delivered by qualified or student counsellors focussing on issues related to alcohol and other drugs.
We work with people whose relationship with substances is a driving force behind their need for counselling due to the impact on their mental health, social isolation or harmful behaviours.
We offer weekly, 50 minute sessions for £20/session with a course of counselling recommended for 6-8 weeks. Sessions can either be in person or over the phone, whichever suits your needs better.
Please note, we are currently able to offer 6 free sessions thanks to funding from the SYCF Covid-19 Response Grant.
Please download and read our counselling agreement here for more details.
