Doncaster Pathways Service (DPS)

How we can help

We work with people who are facing challenges and feel they might be at crisis point.

We provide support and explore next steps for those facing issues with mental health, drug and alcohol misuse, food poverty, energy problems (gas/electric) and those seeking benefits, financial or debt advice where this is impacting on their wellbeing.

Who this service is for

This service takes referrals from Doncaster South PCN for those:

  • over 18
  • served by Doncaster South Primary Care Networks

DPS opening times

Monday 13:00 – 17:00

Tuesday 13:00 – 17:00

Wednesday 13:00 – 17:00

Thursday 13:00 – 17:00

Friday 13:00 – 17:00

During COVID-19 this will be a digital offer but as soon as we can safely do so we will be offering a physical drop-in at our premises on Priory Place (DN1 1BZ).
