Project 6 is an award-winning voluntary sector drug and alcohol charity working across Yorkshire in Doncaster, Keighley and Sheffield. We have been delivering services for people with drug and alcohol problems and complex needs in our local communities for over 30 years, evolving in response to the changing needs of the local communities.

We are a harm reduction and recovery-focused service working to help people reduce the risks associated with substance misuse and we offer highly effective, evidence-based support to drug and alcohol users and their families.

The Application process

The first stage of application we ask all applicants to fill out the form below each role.

For all roles we have two stages, one will be an interview panel which is currently done over zoom and another stage will be at one of our offices where you will get to meet the team and have a look around the office, this interview is normally role play based where you will be given a situational based task.

  • POST: Finance and Admin Team Leader
  • SALARY SCALE: £20,057 (£28,882 FTE) plus 5.5% pension contribution
  • RESPONSIBLE TO: Finance Director
  • RESPONSIBLE FOr: Finance and Admin Team members
  • MEMBER OF: Operational Leadership Team
  • LOCATION: 646 Abbeydale Rd, Sheffield and occasional time at 11-19 Temple Street, Keighley and 18 Priory Place, Doncaster
  • HOURS:  25 hours per week, over 5 days, until 5pm on Wednesdays

Key Purpose

To co-ordinate admin, reception, H.R. and finance support across multi-sites to ensure the smooth running of the charity’s daily activities. To support the Finance Director in ensuring that proper accounting records are maintained in accordance with Charity and Company law.

  • HOURS:  36 Hours per week

Key Purpose

To provide high-quality administrative support for the organisation including reception, H.R. and finance duties across multi-sites to ensure the smooth running of the charity’s daily activities.
