Marketing and Customer Support Officer (Waypoint)

We are excited to be recruiting for a Marketing and Customer Support Officer to help us increase the impact of our Waypoint service.


The Innovation, Communications and Impact Team brings together the Waypoint Training Team and the development, communications and digital functions of the organisation, with a vision of increasing impact and generating income. Waypoint is the training and income generation arm of Project 6 which provides training and learning opportunities that promote evidence-based, innovative approaches for working with people affected by multiple disadvantages.


  • To develop marketing strategies that increase the impact of Waypoint products and services.
  • To help generate income through effective marketing and exceptional customer support.

Main Duties:

  • Research and develop marketing strategies for Waypoint products and services. 
  • Implement marketing plans and contribute to meeting Waypoint sales targets. 
  • Track marketing and sales data and identify areas of improvement.
  • End-to-end customer support.

The Application process

A further stage will then be hosted at one of our offices where you will get to meet the team, have a look around and participate in a situational-based task or role-play activity.
