5 Ways to Wellbeing

We explore and identify five key areas around the themes of social relationships, physical activity, awareness, learning, and giving. This session incorporates mindfulness, interactive exercises, discussion and a variety of other techniques. Having strong social relationships, being physically active and being involved in learning are all important steps for both well-being and ill-being. combining of all of these behaviours will help to enhance individual well-being and support in reducing mental health and crisis.
