How we can help
Our ASIST service carries out the essential pre and post-discharge support to people who have been hospitalised due to experiencing problematic alcohol use.
The team works with individuals referred to the service, other agencies and concerned others to create a personalised care plan to help with their alcohol dependence alongside addressing key needs such as secure housing and benefits support. The team works with individuals for 6-12 months, supporting them until they are able to access mainstream treatment or enter our Progress Recovery Services.
