Statement on Senior Pay

In 2022, Project 6 undertook a comprehensive pay review which resulted in the introduction of a new, transparent pay structure with fixed points for each grade. This framework continues to underpin our approach to pay and reward today, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with our organisational values.

Responsibility for individual pay and reward decisions remains delegated to the Chief Executive, who determines pay in consultation with the Senior Leadership Team, except where a decision would have significant financial implications.

The role of the Board of Trustees in pay decisions is limited to the following areas:

  • Approving any decisions with significant financial implications;
  • Agreeing the overall annual pay envelope and determining whether a cost-of-living increase should be awarded;
  • Reviewing and setting the pay of the Chief Executive annually through the Remuneration Committee;
  • Reviewing and setting the pay of the Senior Leadership Team annually through the Remuneration Committee.

As of 2025, no employee within Project 6 earns in excess of £65,000 per annum
