We’ve been making fantastic progress with our implementation plan since we successfully merged with Sheffield Alcohol Support Services in October. The opportunities to share learning and experiences is really rewarding and we’re currently busy working on staff engagement and communications across both our Sheffield and Keighley. We had good fun at our two recent events looking at communication, sharing and skills development across the merged organisation. Trying to wrap a present when attached by the wrist to all the team was a challenge and certainly ensured team work with new colleagues!
